Greetings again dear prayer and support team,
I begin by standing by my confidence in God's word planted in Blaza, David, Hannah, James, Rebekah, John John, Joanna and Sarah. I also trust in these "8 older ones" to have made sure Joseph and Deborah are also well grounded in the word. Later in this email, I am going to "re-visit" the Dr.Rachel of Sociology email to demonstrate how so many Christians, and for sure all unsaved people, don't believe the bible is sufficient for everything.
I'll never forget the time I got to hear President Ronald Reagan speak at a conference entitled "Fundamentalism 84" in Washington DC. After hearing several Senators speak, and then Vice President George Bush, President Reagan walked out in front of thousands of fundamental Christian leaders. We applauded for quite a while and when the President spoke, holding up his bible, he said, and I quote "The answer to the world's problems can be found in the Word of God." We applauded even longer until The Great Communicator signaled with his two hands to sit down and be quiet. Oh the respect of a great leader, we are so far from that today. God help us as a nation to restore the integrity we once had.
I share this story about President Reagan because he really did love and read his bible. He also quoted it many times. Oh he wasn't perfect, but then again who is. What's important in what Reagan said is the bible, not Reagan's comment about the bible. Just for the record of our liberal Washington media, I read the newspaper the next day about "what Reagan said" and this is how the Washington Post (or should I say compost) had printed: "Reagan says the answer to the world's problems can be found in the word god." Oh yes my dear Christians friends it was intentional to distort the truth. That reporter knew full well what Reagan said, it is just that this reporter has no respect for the sufficiency of the word of God and no respect for those who believe in the bible.
My concern though, friends, is with us. How many of us actually believe in the total sufficiency of God's word and God's word only. Oh, I get the fact many Christians will say things like, "I believe the bible", "Yes, it is God's word." The bible is all truth." but do we all believe it is sufficient? If you are all wondering why it is "taking so long" for things to work out for Ray and why the kids are not back with Ray, God is using me to demonstrate important things that relate to God, His word, His work and His way of doing things. God knows well I have done only that which has been honoring to Him and His Name and I am totally confident of that. It is also why I have complete confidence in being ultimately blessed along with the kids in restoration. We believe the bible is sufficient and these kids know it well. We would die for it. No one would ever die for something that wasn't completely true right? Although there are plenty of religious fanatics who believed something else was true and died in vain for that.
So the battle raging and the fight for the 10 Christian orphans is really a battle against God's word and the sufficiency of His word. Later in this update I will talk about why the 3 American volunteers and Melody, Rachel and other so called counselors, as well as Red Cross people, and last but not least government leaders have all failed in "brain washing" the kids minds away from uncle Ray. They are looking at the wrong person. These children were "heart washed" by the blood of Christ and it is a waste of time to even attempt to "transition" them away from uncle Ray. The kids know I taught them everything they know about God and the bible, they will always love me for that. It is so sad that so called Christians will brush that aside for "something better for the kids".
You all need to be 100% clear on the fact that God's word is sufficient and we can trust in it for the 10 orphans. I have done my part in teaching and preaching the word to each of those little hearts and I am trusting in God to honor it and bless the children with being released. Keep praying for that. Amen? and Amen! Happy 10th birthday to John John and may God bless him and the others with word "leaking" in from uncle Ray and his contacts to the kids.
