I want to introduce my preliminary plans for this aggressive and exciting new venture to help more orphans and many more children receive special health care. It is my hope and prayer to purchase this property and existing buildings and convert it to meet the needs of orphans and other children.Mission: A private Judeo-Christian managed facility for the purpose of glory to God as well as proving a loving family environment with the best of health care, education and all in one of the most beautiful areas in the Beijing area. The ME Foundation OVCC will provide free service to orphans and yet will be in business to also provide child medical treatment for those who are willing to pay for our services. The ME Foundation will continue to raise money for the operation on the US side but will operate as a business to families who want their children to receive our services on site. Ultimately OVCC will be self sustaining and will continue to bring in doctors to do special operations as well as make special arrangements to treat any child who's parents are willing to pay for our services.

Over the past 12 years God has used me to rescue, medically treat and heal many children, more importantly orphans. The pictures on our website show clearly the great success and many blessings of hard word and professionals who have assisted.
All staff and both permanent and temporary workers will always strive to emulate the "ME example, that being how uncle Mordecai raised and loved Esther and ultimately how powerful of a life she was to her people. Knowing first hand for 31 self sacrificing years of service in China, it has brought me great joy to know that orphans have been blessed through our efforts. Joyfully serving unfortunate handicapped orphan children has produced much fruit and for many of the orphans now, no one would ever know their backgrounds. Now these lovely children have become productive, intelligent bi-lingual servants of the true God and I have plans to continue to use them as the future of the CVCC, my days are numbered but they will "carry the baton" for the future success of this loving operation.
I will continue in the next week or two to reveal more of the plans. Stay tuned! There is more to come.
