Having made them an example to those who would live ungodly lives thereafter. 2 Peter 2:6b

Greetings faithful Christian prayer partners,

I share this subject title with this very special verse 2 Peter 2:6. The last part of the verse is to demonstrate just how far the "Mainstream world" is from God as it relates to immoral lifestyles. I had a wonderful study in 2 Peter and can not help but mention some things in chapter 2 and chapter 3 that are so important to understand. In our world of "preferences in gender and sexual orientation", we desperately need to get back to what God says so clearly in these chapters. I know many will choose Romans 1 to talk on these issues and it is also a great chapter to teach clearly what God wants us to know, but I truly believe 2 Peter 2 and 3 cover so much more on the subject. I wish I had time to go verse by verse but I will only share a few thoughts and later share about "Da Boys" and our blessed bible study in Matthew 13.

"and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;" 2 Peter 2:5

"and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly lives thereafter."  2 Peter 2:6

Here we see exactly what we are supposed to be telling the world. We are to teach of God's judgement on destructive sensuality and immoral debauchery. What was the common practice in the days of Noah and the days of Lot? Homosexuals need to see a rainbow not so much of a promises as much as an example of judgement and hear themselves being called Sodomites and see the example in being reduced to ashes instead of some crazy symbol of "solidarity". These two chapters are very, very serious and isn't is interesting that the Roman Catholic church considers Peter as their first pope and great teacher and yet with so many homosexual priests they would never believe a word of what Peter taught. Even the so called "vicar" today is weak in his teaching on the entire homosexual movement. This sin is a modern plague of epidemic proportions and it seems there is no stopping it. We know only sound biblical teaching will help. I believe many just don't want to read or even hear the bible today. We need to speak out boldly and not cower to any compromise.

The world talks of "hate speech" and just look at how many descriptive words Peter uses that no doubt would be considered "abrasive" and even "racist".  Take some time and read 2 Peter 2 and see how serious Peter is about making it absolutely clear these immoral people are sick and must repent to stave God's judgement.

Chapter 3 fittingly teaches us about the "mockers". Many would say they are people of the world, but notice what Peter says
as he talks of people who are aware of the return of Jesus and creation and just brush off prophetic teaching like it isn't important. I see this everywhere in churches. Oh yes, the lost mock too but we are living in the final days when even Christians mock prophetic teaching. We are told clearly all over the New Testament that the final days will be filled with immorality and especially homosexuality. These are the final days and we need to stand up. Our redemption is drawing near and we need to reach out to the lost like we know for certain the days are short. I am enclosing one of my favorite teachers on prophecy and his name is David Reagan. Here is something you all need to watch as it relates to the different teachings views on End Times teaching.

Today I had a wonderful study with 3 of the orphan boys who are saved and they are doing very well. Praise God He has saved these lovely little guys. Keep them in prayer. Enclosed is another picture of me with them.

Keep praying about next week seeing the 10 orphans. Pray also we can make quick progress on paper work to get the kids to the US. There is much to do but I know God is in this.  Thank you for support and prayer.

Ray and the 10, Da Boys and keep the Gold kids in prayer and many orphans to come.

And then I heard the voice of the Master:
    "Whom shall I send?
    Who will go for us?"
    I spoke up,
    "I'll go.
    Send me!"
