Goose and Duck Ranch Plans

A. Stage One is using a series of buildings to house and care for a couple of dozen orphan children and using available Children's hospitals to do treatment and surgeries on the orphans. I will arrange for surgeons to come in from overseas to work with local surgeries to do needed surgeries in Beijing. All expenses will be covered by the ME Foundation. Due to the fact that we will also be willing to do surgeries on children with paying parents, the funds taken in for that care will go to the needs of our local facility for orphan care. On site care for a dozen or so orphans for education in Chinese and English will also be provided and host American couples will care for  between 2 and 6  orphan children respectively. I plan to continue to care for the 10 orphan children that have lived with me for over 10 years already.

Our goal is to raise 100,000 USD to adequately meet this initial goal.

B. Stage Two will be expanding the Goose and Duck Ranch to include some treatment in remodeled buildings on site. Doctors and nurses will be provided housing to stay and be available for arrangements for surgeries like Eye, Nose and Throat conditions. As will always be our Motto, we stand by the goal of "Orphans First, orphans free". I will work as I have in the past to invite professional medical teams to come with their skills to do surgeries first and free on the orphans and yet other children with parents will pay for services and the money will go back into the Orphans Village and Children's Clinic (OVCC) Stage Two will also see the expansion of equipment and more medical facilities on site but also using hospitals in the area when needed.

Our goal with this second stage is to raise 1,000,000 USD to expand and move ahead

C. State Three will see the purchase of property and buildings on site and expanding to a full fledged medical facility approved by the State. There will also be plans to go "public" with investment and stock arrangements. In this stage there will be much international exchanges of training, exchanging of teams as well as expanding in many new areas of treatment. The facility will be greatly upgrade with even more beautiful landscaping and with the use of the pristine mountain stream, it has the potential to be a true paradise locally.

This goal will require purchasing the entire facility and could bring costs to over 10,000,000 USD.

It must be noted that "Uncle Ray" has already done all of this on a "small" scale. I have done all of the above successfully with my own personal money and now it is time to do it on a much larger scale with more financial, profession, educational and man power. In order to truly care for the almost a million orphans in China and also the vast population of needy children, this type of plan must be implemented. I look forward to helping others be the "ME" ( Mordecai to Esther orphans) and showing the love of God to children. May HE  be glorified in all we plan and do.

This past October of 2015 saw "Uncle Ray" himself arrange Dr.Novick and his team from Tennessee, Croatia, England and Belarus do 16 very difficult open heart surgeries. All of them were successful. The Chinese doctors learned much, aided as they could and much money was saved by local people as well as convincing Dr.Novick and his team to render their services for free. 5 orphans were done free and 11 children with parents were only charged "miscellaneous" fees. The money normally spent on such an effort would be in the millions of dollars. God has given me the expertise to negotiate, arrange and implement such a wonderful service to children.

Join with me and the ME Foundation and let's reach more orphans. There is no substitute for a healthy smiling child's face.
